Return Policy
All returns will be gladly accepted within 14 days of receipt for exchange, credit or refund for the full purchase price on regular merchandise.(Excluding shipping) Sale merchandise, Pre-order and Special orders are exchange or store credit only. Credit Card returns will be credited to the original credit card used. Please write the reason for the return on the back of the receipt, repack, enclose receipt and insure for the full value of the item.

You can also leave your order and credit card number on the voicemail. This mail is retrieved by Colleen and done so with a password.

Most Orders will be shipped within 48 hours, using Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on cost effectiveness. Your order will typically arrive within 3-7 business days. Out of stock items may take a little longer. Additional shipping charges may apply to orders outside the United States.
